We apply a biocide to the facade or roof and let it work for 15–20 minutes. The cold keeps the foam active far longer than summer would allow. After an initial rinse, the biocide keeps working for weeks — attacking the roots of moss, algae, fungi and lichen deep in the surface.
Once the biocide has done its work over the winter, we return for a thorough wash that removes everything the treatment has loosened and killed off at the root.
